1. Malaysian Bulk Carriers Berhad (MBC) was established in 1995 as a joint venture between PCL, Malayan Sugar Manufacturing Company Berhad, Global Maritime Ventures Berhad and is now listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia(Code: MAYBULK).
The MBC Group owns and operates dry bulk carriers and product tankers, and is the largest dry bulk ship owner/operator in Malaysia.
2. Pacnav SA is a joint venture that the PCL Group has with its Mexican partners. It has diverse interests in the Mexican shipping scene, operating port terminals and silos, besides being an active operator of vessels working in the Mexican and US Gulf area.
